This website is run by ANB Digital LLC, based in Katy, Texas. "We" and "us" on this page means ANB Digital LLC.

What we collect on this website

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

• Your email address

We use this only to contact you about our service. Nothing else.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical info, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

The assistant on our customers' websites

Our customers are roofing, HVAC and plumbing companies. The chat assistant on their websites asks their customers about the problem, the address, how urgent it is, and their name and phone number.

This information belongs to the business owner. We only handle it for them, to run the assistant and send them the lead. We don't use it for anything else.

How long we keep chats and leads

• Chat transcripts and lead details are emailed to the business owner.
• We also store them for 6 months, then delete them.
• After it's emailed, the business owner's copy is theirs to manage.

Service providers we use

We use a few trusted companies to run our service. They only get the data they need to do their job:

• Anthropic (Claude API) powers the assistant's replies.
• An email delivery provider sends lead emails to the business owner.
• Cloudflare hosts our website.

Chats are not used to train AI

We don't use chat conversations to train AI models.

You're chatting with an AI

The chat assistant is an AI, not a person. It collects your details so the business can call you back. It can make mistakes, and it never gives prices or final answers about repairs.

Please don't share sensitive info

Don't type payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or health details into the chat. The assistant doesn't need them.

How we protect your data

Data is sent over secure, encrypted connections. Only the people who need it, like the business owner and our small team, can see it.

Children

Our service is for adults and businesses. It's not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Want us to delete your info, or see what we have? Call or email us and we'll take care of it.
